After a year of recommending Bill and Lisa, I FINALLY had the opportunity to use this team for the purchase of mine and my husbands first home together. We had a complicated situation. My husband was deployed overseas, we had been shown many, many homes leading up to us engaging Bill and Lisa, we had a very tight time crunch and they had to schedule everything around our IVF cycle (also happening while my husband was overseas). Lisa showed me two homes before we found the ONE. It was everything I asked for and more than I could have imagined was within our range. They were patient with my incessant calls and my continual worries with everything else going on. They took care of all communications with the builder and never made me feel like a burden or that I was being to crazy. They were always communicative, always supportive and they were incredibly respectful of my very busy schedule and time. I could not be happier with my experience and I am over joyed about our little slice of Hernando. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything you did for us and for treating me like family. I know my husband wouldn't have wanted anyone else walking me through this process and we are eternally grateful!
