After 6 months with another realtor (which included a peak selling season), we received no offers. Bill & Lisa came and completely started over. We immediately began getting showings again; even during the Christmas holidays. Unlike the prior realtor, Bill & Lisa were constantly in contact and trying to find new ways to attract buyers. We didn't feel like just a "listing." Instead, we felt like they actually cared about us and the sale of our home.
